Indeed, all tags are needed. At least the order can be randomized.

Could the explode-function be helpful? (http://www.tizag.com/phpT/php-string-explode.php) Afterwards the machine could compare the explode-array with the (possibly very huge) tag cloud array. A linear comparison would take some time but anyway - tree separated searches are for the gallery! Just a sketch, I can´t code at all.

Hi Simon - any luck with this yet? Using 9.6 and I get nothing returned, regardless of complete match for tags.

I'm running a pligg site (v. 9.5 yget) and related stories are only shown in those stories which have been edited at least once after being published. If you publish a story, no related stories will be attached, but if you edit it and add one more tag or even a space after a comma in the tags window, then it shows the related stories...
