Link container for forum member page

    Hi,
I´d like to collect all my open bug posts or other important posts at a single place. Is it possible or wanted to have it on the member page? Another approach would be to give those posts a special attribute and enable search for that attribute.

This is how I track all my submissions or places where I have posted comments to:
-> Visit profile (your very own profile - fortunately for my - my profile is easily accessible from the bottom of the front page as top users and top thanked ) - but many can find bookmarks a decent tool to access their profile (once you are in your profile - simply click bookmark from your browser [IE users will have to use favorites ]) , even simpler is with the new site SEO- you can easily access by http://forums.pligg.com/members/<your_username>.html

-> My started threads are accessible from - "Find all threads started by <your_username>"

-> My posts are trackable from - "Find all posts by <your_username>"

EDIT: The section below is wrongly mentioned and is of different function - enabled you to see the posts where you received thanks from others.

-> How do I track my important posts?
I have an habit of thanking people for valuable information/solving my problems - so all these links gets listed under "Find all thanked posts by <your_username>"

Hopefully these Tips work as a hack for your posts management at Pligg forum - to remember start clicking "Thanks"

    My pleasure! Thank you!

Edit: For some reason the thanks button has vanished. I´ll try later.

That "Thanks" will appear in certain forums only - esp in forums where users can help others and get help

I think I am wrong with this - (editing the original post too) - it only list the posts where others thanked you

A link storage as suggested by tbones should be great - I remember a mod available for vb for this.

Yank or Ash has to decide on this. Probably they will notice this today when they are online in a few hours from now.

I was just digging for more tools to efficiently use this forum, I think the "Link Container" - is already there - but it is just called as "Subscriptions" (I have noticed it before on other vb bb - but never bothered to use to its core) accessible from http://forums.pligg.com/subscription...ewsubscription - each logged in user should be able to access it. And if you like a thread/want to remember it, just add subscription located on the Thread tools:

Choose to add any notification on new threads getting posted too - instant e-mail and many other options are available, if you chose to just create a bookmark, leave as no-notification:

Once added they get listed to subscription, you can view from the subscriptions under your user control panel:

You can also create folders to manage these subscriptions - I dont think there would be a better way to manage links

    Hope this helps.
