what does this error mean? hacked?

can someone help me? ive didnt do anything on my database but when i try t login to my site this error message comes.

Did you change the table prefix in the admin panel of your Pligg site? Do you still have your "install" directory? Have a link to your site?

dude, im not sure but i think ive changed Configure Newspathy>submit configuration from admin panel recently. www.kozmikgevezelik.com is my site name. and i deleted install directory before.

Check to make sure the settings.php file still exists on the server.
