Thanks a lot. I think I can do it. But I should encoding polish tags for UTF-8?

Hmm...maybe you'll be so good to help me again. If I rename my language file for "lang_polish.conf" it dosen't work. So I have to worok with lang_english.conf with polish content.

You better use ISO-8859-2.
Go to PSPad - free unicode developer editor, handles near any syntax like HTML, PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, ASP, Perl, C and many other languages with HEX editor, multilanguage interface and download the PSPad editor. This editor allows you to switch encoding to ISO-8859-2 (made by a Czech). This should work dobze (the only word I know in Polish).

Changing localization:
1. upload attached file to 'yourdomain'/languages
2. log in to Your Pligg CMS -> Admin>Configure>Misc> Site Language (or straight 'yourdomain'/admin/admin_config.php?page=Misc): change to 'polish'
3. go to Your Pligg CMS -> Admin>Language ('yourdomain'/module.php?module=admin_language): change values:

PLIGG_Visual_Name ->your site name
PLIGG_Visual_Home -> home site name
