Hi!

A new Pligg guy here, just uploaded it today: www.popularconservative.com.

I get this message following an attempt at modifying the header in the header.tpl file:

Fatal error: TPL: [in yget/header.tpl line 23]: syntax error: unidentified token '"pup; ' (compile.compile_if.php, line 130) in /homepages/23/d175176731/htdocs/pc/class.template.php on line 923

I undid the change (inserting some code to be able to add my own banner), and still get the above.

I'm not a coder/programmer type, so this code is scary to look at! Now I can't even access the front page of my site. All pages show this error, I can't even get into the backend of my site anymore.

Any help is appreciated...

John in San Diego

Pligg is quite easy to install so it's much easier to just delete it and re-install than for anyone to troubleshoot your code changes.

Thanks Chuck! Will do that now. I guess the lesson I learned is not to mess with that template header
