bump @snowgirl, have you tried to script anything like this? |

I've been playing around a bit with the auto-tagging script and with just 1-2 sentence descriptions (like digg and most pligg sites use), it just doesn't have enough data to work with. Its best for 'editorial' posts.

| isnt it possible to get the tags from the title...

Me too interested this form. If you can help, I saw that there is something similar wordpress: Http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tag-mahal/ Possibly with the necessary adaptations ... In truth, there are many variations in site: Http://www.flaptor.com/ Finally: Automatic Tag Clouds for Every Site Thanks! |

I have found some feed with tags and i import them. with the other feed I import feed_category in pligg_tags and it work great: in story there is almost a 1 tag. But the tags that I import don't work with tag cloud. somebody know why? |

I agree with AshDigg, it's hard to come up with 'real' tags with only a few lines of text. brainstorm Why not instead have 'suggested tags' based on the category that are pre-entered when a user is submitting a story? This would work nicely for the RSS importer also. /brainstorm |
