You can change the top padding for the header in main.css file , I believe it's this line:
#main {width:770px; margin:50px auto 0 auto; _text-align:left;}

You can edit the logo title in header.pl Here:

Anyone find a fix for the vote and category issues? I really like this design but it's useless if nobody can vote

The tabs horizontal menu is displayed in a wrong way in IE6, I've made these changes to fix this problem:
