After upgrading v.9.5 to 9.6 I am unable to use the RSS importer and add new modules to the site.
1. RSS Importer – fields cannot be modified, such as update frequency or the site URL of the feed. Newly added sites cannot be modified either.
2. Removed the RSS Importer as an installed module and noticed that it was still and option for administration. Installed it back and now there are two instances of RSS Importer.
3. Installed Site Version module and it does not show up on the site.
Seems that all existing modules or any added do not work since upgrading to 9.6.
