How do you set pligg so that submissions that are old (i.e. they have past the "Days to publish" cut off) are removed from the upcoming queue if they haven't been promoted yet?

With digg, once a story has been in the upcoming queue for more than 24 hours without being promoted it disappears from the queue. It is still published (you can still access it) but it is not promoted to the home page nor is it in the upcoming queue anymore.

The advantage to this is that you can order the upcoming queue by popularity and you don't have to wade through old entries that are no longer publishable because of the "Days to publish" variable.

I have searched the config options and can't find anything that will do this.

I hope I am not asking a common question. I did try searching for this problem but it returned 1 unrelated result.
