Advanced comment editing

I´m looking for a mod or code that allows commenters to edit their comment as long as no other comment to this story is made after his/her post. I wouldn´t mind if the link is visible or not if editiing is prohibited.


P.S.: If someone is looking for a timer to prohibit late editing I´ve found a mod for wordpress (WP Ajax Edit Comments » Reader Appreciation Project) maybe you can use the code.
