I searched for this error and found nothing...

A friend tried to signup at www.faithtag.com and got the following error:

"The security code provided is not correct"

What security code? They are using Firefox 2.0.0.3 on Windows Vista.

No, I use the Captcha system... and I use the Single step/confirmation email module I downloaded here.

Just had a second occurrence of this error. Any ideas?

I tried doing the following and I could not duplicate the error... yet now three people have reported the same exact problem:

- Disabling the Captcha (made no difference either way)
- Disabling the Send Welcome Email v0.2 module (made no difference)

I tried with one enabled and the other disabled... no difference.

Can someone here try to register (both are enabled).

yesterday i couldn't register and i was getting the bad security error.

now it seems i can register today

Same thing here, some ppl have it, other's not. Has someone pinpointed the problem?

Oh I think I got it for now, but not sure. For me it was a matter of CAPS LOCK when entering the captcha code. I put an instruction telling ppl to have CAPS LOCK ON.

At least I hope that's the source of the problem :P
