This has been an ongoing issue with Pligg since the beginning. I have a 9.8.2 and a 9.9.0 version running and no trackbacks work.

Hopefully it can be resolved, but I don't think its high on anyones priority right now, perhaps for version 1.0.

9.9.0 gets the trackback on step 2 of the submission, but it doesn't ping the source, thats the issue for anyone looking to find the problem. I have looked at the trackback.php file a few times, but wasn't able to see anything.

I would like to try with the v9.1 files but the download resource mentioned there (
http://www.pligg.com/forum/downloads...id=22&act=down) seems to be connected to a Pligg instance. Registering at this instance doesn´t work because reCaptcha doesn´t seem to work. Would anyone be so kind to offer me a download alternative for v9.1 oder PM me that I can give him/her my email address?

I´ve found an alternative here: SourceForge.net: Files

but I doesn´t work with the v9.1 files in my v9.5 installation :-(

Has anyone seen a thread where we can get a fix foe 9.8.2 trackback to work? please link me I have searched threads but seen no fix!

Trackback seems to be the ugly swan of Pligg. Nobody wants to deal with it. Geoserv´s trackback works based on 9.8.2, maybe you can exchange files: http://forums.pligg.com/general-help...html#post59689

I've gotten dozens of trackback on blogs, quite a few with high PR and a lot of traffic, my traffic has seriously spiked since I got the trackbacks working on 9.8.2

Hey, there is 9.9 version of this great cms and trackbacks don't work! As i know, in previous, trackback work well, but now - no. SO PEOPLE. DEVELOPERS. HOW CAN I MAKE TRACKBACKS TO WORK?!
