I am using Pligg latest version 9.6 just uploaded few days ago on IIS and MySQL.

Everytime when accessing the site first time I get this error:
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpl_function_checkactionstpl() (previously declared in ..\plugins\function.checkActionsTpl.php:2) in ..\plugins\function.checkActionsTpl.php on line 2"

If I click on other links and then come back to the home page I don't get the error.

Anyone had the same issue? The error doesn't make any sense.

The same function is declared all over the site as I noticed after a long page trail.
It is so frustrating...you cannot just remove a call to function 'cause another error shows up. I've never worked with PHP, but so far is my worst experience in terms of coding...cumbersome-ness at its best!

Here is my link to the site: myDigg / Articole Publicate

i had the same error...

I uplouded my script using total commander software, and the software auto renamed all my files to small leters, so now insted of "checkActionsTpl.php" i have "function_checkactionstpl.php" and the server is not finding the file because the normal file has the A & T as big latters.

I recomand that u reuploud your modules and libs directory using IE, or cuteftp, or manualy renaming all files that have majusculs in them.

hope it helps.

After I reinstalled Pligg on a different folder and DB, I started to add more modules to the site. The first one was RSS Importer...and the error showed up right-the-way. After I removed RSS Importer no more errors! So far so good. Too bad 'cause I strated to like RSS Importer, very useful but aparently buggy...

I've got the same error in 9.7 version!?!

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpl_function_checkactionstpl() (previously declared in ..\plugins\function.checkActionsTpl.php:2) in ..\plugins\function.checkActionsTpl.php on line 2"

What is this? I disabled RSS Importer module (v 0.3) but the error is there.
I can go to other pages but on the main page I get this error. So, it is not the RSS Importer...

Solved! Just delete ALL files under template_c and cache folders and do a CTRL+F5
