I want to remove the dependency on urls when users are submitting the story. As of now, if users submit a story without an url, it gives the error message that the url is invalid. I want the story to be treated as both social bookmarking as well as a simple editorial.

Please let me know how can I change the code so that users can directly go to Step 2 without the need to necessarily associate an url with their post.

I will appreciate if someone can help me on this.

Log in as admin and

1. Go to "Configure Pligg"
2. Click "Submit"
3. Change "require a URL when submitting" to "false"
