Need some beta testing...

Ashtest2.pligg.com, make sure you're using skidoo template here and make sure you're logged in.

When you submit a new story, the URL is optional.

thanks!

Interesting. Could this be used as a blog? If so, I would like to use this and make it available to my users.

Can I...

1) Add images?
2) Increase the content length?
3) Remove the vote box?

One suggestion I have is to combine steps 1 and 2. I don't really see any reason to have the link submit on its own seperate page. For the pligg site that I'm making, the vast majority of submissions are going to be "editorial". So, at least for my site, it doesnt really make sense to have the link submit as its own step since most people will just be skipping it.

I tried the Ashtest2.pligg.com site, but cannot log in. I would really like to get this functionality added to my site and will help test....

Works great for me.

I'm also very anxious to add the feature to my site. Can you supply the test code?

Thanks.

This is built into the Beta 7.2 code. There is an option in the config.php file.

thanks for pointing that out. i will be testing this out shortly.

edit: it works but instead of it saying editorial it gives a link: "://", which points to: "http://www.mydomain.com/1"

any ideas how to fix it?
