I am using Pligg 9.7.
There are two users in my Pligg system, god and user1. The 'god' is a god level user, and the 'user1' is a normal level user.
When I change the user1's level from 'normal' to 'admin', there is no admin option after login as user1.
What's the problem. Could someone please tell me how to correct it?

Admin user will/cannot access admin panel - he will only get post administration. He can edit other's posts/stories, promote them to published etc.

Only God level users will get admin panel access.

I have figured out how to administrate other's posts (e.g. Edit posts, Change status of posts)as a admin level user according to your hint.

Now, I have a new idea: A specail admin level user can only administrate the posts belonging to a special category. Is it possible?

I want only a certain admin administrate a certain category.
Can anybody point me in the right direction of implementing this function?
