    <div id="container"> Ghost

    I've been working on the new theme for Pligg and an odd ghost has appeared when looking at the test page. When I view the source of the test page (www.scadart.com) I am seeing <div id="container"> appear just after the head. I have scanned through every all_header.tpl file and I can't figure out where this code is being told to display in such a location. If anyone knows how to get rid of this please let me know because it's driving me crazy. I can't continue the rest of the code tonight until I figure this one out, so I'm calling it a night in hopes that someone else solves this problem. Below is the code for what's appearing in the source, and I have attached the latest release of the templates and css file I'm using. I am using a Firefox extension to help me pinpoint where the div tag goes band and it looks like it's in the header area. I am also seeing an extra <div> show up in the navbar area that needs to be removed, but I can't find that source either.
    Code:
    </head>

    <body id="home">
     <div id="container">

        <div id="header">
            <h1><a href="/">pligg</a></h1>
