Hi everybody

I posted this elsewhere, but as I hadn't got a reply, I posted it here in case I was in the wrong category before.

I have a problem that I hope somebody can help with.
I have pligg 9.7 and have added a few modules. The image uploader is giving me the following problem.

A person wants to upload a picture with their article. They are able to do that ok, but when they or anybody else clicks on the thumbnail, a page appears with the following.

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /images/img_133.jpg on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

Any ideas what the problem could be? I've got lightbox, thickbox and a few other mods installed which haven't given a problem.

The image file is chmod to 755. I'm very naive with scripts and it may be something blindingly obvious, so if anyone has any idea of what may be wrong I'd appreciate their help.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'd already tried that with both 777 and 755, and still have the problem. It seems strange that the thumbnail appears in the post, it is clickable, but then once you do click it, we get the forbidden page.

The full size image, doesn't seem to get put in the images directory, as I've looked to see. Maybe it's something to do with the server, as I haven't seen anybody else post a similar problem here.

Again, thanks for the reply, and maybe somebody else will be able to offer a suggestion.

I've noticed that if I chmd each individual image to 755, when the thumbs are clicked, the image opens, but not in thickbox.
Just thought I'd add that in case it helps anybody have any ideas.
