Hi,

Running V9 for some time now without any problems. Recently, my hosting company have given out due to some malformed queries so forced to upgrade to 9.5

Having done the upgrade, I am getting the following error messages:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/jyourclu/public_html/photographyvoter/libs/html1.php on line 154

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: template_fetch_compile_include() in /home/jyourclu/public_html/photographyvoter/class.template.php on line 662

I have no idea what these mean - look familiar to anyone?

Ok,

Got rid of the first error which was down to a mistake I made with the install - had to restore DB and run the upgrade to get around that.

Still have the second error about template_fetch_compile_include even though it is defined in an included file...

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated to help me get the website back up..

Got round that error by copying the include file into the root directory and directly referencing it...

Done some testing (Untitled Document) and the errors I have are as follows (IE6).

*************************************
1. Submit a story
On step 2 page, getting the following:

SQL/DB Error -- [Table 'jyourclu_diggphotography.table_blogs' doesn't exist]

SQL/DB Error -- [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND vote_value > 0' at line 1]

On Step 3 page, getting the following:
SQL/DB Error -- [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND user_id=link_author' at line 1]
SQL/DB Error -- [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND vote_value > 0 AND vote_user_id=481' at line 1]

2. Voting
If I try voting on a story, I get 'Error on Page' message in the status bar

3. Languages - Doesn't look to be saving my changes (e.g. wherre it says Pligg beta 9 home). If i change this and save, it doesn't store the changes...

Done install->troubleshoot and all seems ok...

PLEASE PLEASE help me on this as the site has a good userbase and constant traffic.. Willing to pay for help..

hehehehe

It's funny to watch you figure it all out on your own in a series of posts.

I wish I could do that with my problem

As far as tests that you can run, the only one I know is the one from the READ ME on this forum, the /Smarty_Test.php

(For your site that's http://photographyvoter.com//Smarty_Test.php
It tests that all the permissions are set correctly.

There may be other tests but I don't know.
Hope that helps,
-Taiyo
