New to Pligg, looking for someone knowledgeable. Will pay $$$

Hi I hope this is the place to post a request for help. I'm creating a Pligg-based Web site, and even though I'm a Web designer I am having some difficulty with customizing the layout and graphics to suit my preferences.

I would like to use this template, but with some modifications: Blue Green Stripes Pligg Template

-change the colors (background, tables, etc) to match a scheme
-place my logo in the top corner
-make diagonal stripes a little closer in color (not as visible)
-round corners of 'Vote' and 'Comments...' boxes
-make a couple of small text changes to template

Please P.M. me if this is something you can do, and we will discuss in further detail.

I emailed the people at Pligg Pro, however they may be busy as I have not heard back from them. I am a Web designer, so rest assured I know exactly what I am looking for, and won't waste any of your time.

I am looking for soneone knowledgeable who can also in the future help me with Adsense, further customization. If you know what you're doing, there will be future projects in line as well.
