Latest Comments RSS feed? Email notice when comment is made to an article?

Hi there. I'm not sure if this functionality is in Pligg currently, but I was wondering there is an RSS feed of the latest comments made on a site? Is there also a way to have Pligg send an email to the person who posted the article if a comment has been made?
