Version 9.7 - URLMethod 2 not working for some links

Hi All,

I am using beta version 9.7, a fresh installation. When URLMethod is set to 2, some links are not working. Links to categories,stories are working. but links to pages like, submit, login, live are not working.

1. FriendlyURLs options - all set to true.
2. URLMethod set to 2.
3. Category related rules are put in .htaccess file.

Please see the attached .htaccess file and help me.
