    Question how to upload file submit story step 1 page?

    I am running ringtones site (tonesall.com) by using pligg. Here people can share other site ringtones. i want that people have option to upload there own ringtones. in a share ringtone (submit post) page. How can enable that option in Submit Story Step 1 page.

    Please help me. any customization, code or module.
