Can anyone confirm if I upgraded right?

I have just upgraded my pligg from 9.8.0 to 9.8.2 and I got the follow message, altough I can't see everything is runing ok:
This will upgrade the database for Pligg Beta v9.0 and above to the latest version.

Note: this is just a database upgrade, you still need to upload the new files.

Regenerating the totals table...

If you see a "Duplicate key name `link_search`" warning, just ignore it.

Clearing templates_c directory...

If there were no errors displayed, upgrade is complete!
Can an expert confirm that the upgraded was succesfull?
Should I delete the templates_c folder now? Should I also delete the install folder?

I forgot something!
I lost the translations I made manually, but I backed up all the files before upgrading. Can I recover the translation?
