Mis-formed Html tags in summary text

When html tags are allowed in the description, I came across this problem.

When the summary truncates at the specified length, it may cut html tags in the middle (e.g., without the closing tag) and cause problems for the summary view.

Solution: we need always remove html tags in summary text.

Or you could just set the truncate length higher.

I am not sure that will help. When you truncate, there is no guarantee that you will cut after the closing tag.

For example, if you have <a href=web.com> blah blah ... </a> in the text, you could cut between <a> and </a> off which will mess up the html.
