Problem with square character

i try to use Thai language it work correctly but some of character turn in to square with utf-8

i don't know how to fix it as well, i try to search and work with it almost 3 day
but all in the dark.

please someone help me,

Try Create Database DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 And COLLATE utf8_general_ci
