voting doesn't work - some kind of javascript error

hi guys,

i need help with my pligg 9.9.0 installation at China Business Review / Published News. clicking on "vote" doesn't work at all... in the browser's status bar it says "javascript error" and i have no idea what the issue is. i'm not very technical and can't really figure out what the problem is. if someone can help or point me in the right direction, i'd really appreciate it. without this fixed, i can't really start promoting my site. thanks!!!

I didnt have '//' so I put them
However the problem still persist :/
