| Pligg doesn't have a feature to completely remove users from the site because with spammers we want to keep that information for future use to block them from re-registering. Removing a user would also have to get rid of a lot of data and we would probably end up leaving a few holes. For example we would have to recalculate all of the vote totals for stories and comments that they voted on, remove comments and fix comment counts from stories commented on, and remove them from friends lists. We highly suggest that you disable users through the Admin > Manage > Users area, and killspam members who submit spam. If you discover a problem related to disabling/killspaming a user please let us know. I don't get why so many people are against keeping their information in the database. If we completely removed that information there wouldn't be anything stopping a user from registering with the exact same username, password, IP, etc. The Twitter Module for Pligg CMS! Register, Login, and Submit Stories with Twitter. An absolute MUST HAVE for all Pligg sites! |
