Simultaneous submission to digg

Could we create a feature where users could choose to automatically submit the story to digg at the same time as submitting to our pligg site?

Why would anyone want that?

For instance, maybe you are creating an ipod pligg site with community message boards and other things to make your site useful to ipod owners beyond what digg can offer.

But at the same time people think they should submit the article to digg b/c of the traffic it will help the story get. So maybe they choose digg over your pligg site b/c of the traffic.

Well this way it would be the best of both worlds. They can use your pligg site but still get the benefit of digg traffic.

Make any sense? I think it would be a good feature for some of us.

Interesting idea. Reminds me of software that submits a website to multiple search engines. Remember those days?

The only downside I can think of is digg, or other sites, blocking outside submissions. Otherwise, good one!
