A few Basic questions

I am new to this site and the application. It looks awesome but have a few questions about the implementation:

1. whats the difference between "god" level and "admin" level

god level can go extra things, such as modify the language file, and promote other users to adimn.

currently, there is no difference, create one of each and try it. admin can even edit the god user.
