We'd be glad to assist you with that deal tyrant. We appreciate your offer and I'm glad to see your support for the project.

I think that ends up being cheaper then having to rent the space anyhow for most people. So what gives people lets see some donations, I just ask that 1 of the main developers keep me informed who donated the $50 or more and put me in touch with them.
Sounds like a deal. I have a site that my dedicated server cant cope with due to the traffic overload

What is the status of this project? Has any progress being made? I'd also like to donate if it could speed things up.

Officially, Pligg has a little over $500 in it's account right now. I have an additional $300 of my own personal cash sitting in the account just in case of a rainy day, so we unofficially have a little over $800 at this moment. I think that we might start looking into having additional templates made after the next major release to help give more options for users with limited design experience. Any money that you are able to donate is deeply appreciated, even AshDigg and I have put some of our own money into the project to help Pligg succeed.

Lightbulb Donations Idea?

Why don't you start a new pligg where users who donate can vote on the features that are most important to them, like http://ideas.meedio.com (seen in another post here).

I'm thinking more people would donate if they felt doing so would give them a voice or at least a vote as to the direction and/or features they would like to see in pligg.

I know it would for me

Just a thought.

Randy
