Pligg should use UTF-8!!!

when i use Chinese Simplified Language File.

i can't post a Chinese story in it ! because it will be miscoding!

and i think the official forum should use UTF-8 so that we could talk about the Pligg in other language.

and i want to set up a new Chinese catogery

i must say the font size is too small
