I think the "Add Pligg News to Your Site" option would be great for promoting pligg sites on other websites.
Just some sort of short HTML that webmasters could be plug in to get a direct feed of the top stories.

To state the obvious, one thing to watch out for with this is server load. You'd need to make sure the RSS content is cached not just on your site but ask webmasters to cache it at their end too. The easier you make it for webmasters to add your RSS feed, the more likely you are to have webmasters who don't know how to cache.
