I´m not sure whether I got it:
Your OpenID mod supports https-OpenID-addresses? If yes, could you give me a link to test it?

We used the whobar.org openid framework with an older pligg version. It was working with our own openid server, but have now given up on updating it with the latest version. I can send you the old files if that helps, but on the latest version I get an error with the whobar handler. I'm assuming it's probably best to wait for Ashdigg's openid integration, so as to not go down divergent paths.

Sorry for my late reply.

Why don´t you post it here? The community has a lot of mighty programmers that would be interested too.

Would love to, but keep getting file upload failures. Note that the zip file is only 2.1 MB - so it should go through

Rock on pligg-devs! Good luck in extending openid/whobar and possibly making some progress in the attempted syncing of posts between multiple pligg installations. http://www.pligged.com/download/commons3may.zip

Thanks for sharing!

Edit: Could you please test your old installation with an https-openID of for instance https://www.myopenid.com ? I´m very courious to know whether your code works with https addresses.
