Show comments on target pages

What about an option where when your browser goes to one of the target links, pligg opens a new browser and uses a 2 frame view where comments from pligg are in the top frame and the content is in the bottom frame.

This would be something like when you view a page out of Google's cache.

I can see the 2 Frame view and the page in a new browser funtionality being an option in the admin pages.
