uploads .... again

Hey all,
I realize this has been asked before, but I'd really like to add uploads to my site through pligg. Images and video (perhaps with an admin limit on file size?) This would be really great, since when I link to others sites, I'm kind of losing viewers.

Also, since embedding objects like youtube is a security issue, it would be really great to allow this tag, but limit it to certain hosts. Would that be possible?

Just my wish list.
