Karma- an important feature

I found the interview with the meneame creator very interesting. I especially agree with his point on the need to have a karma system. It isn't fair to have consistant, well-behaved contributors have equal voting power than the troll. He designed the system to reward good behaviour on the site.

I think it is very important to get karma working for pligg for the above reasons. I don't know if there's a public "to do list" so I don't know how high of a priority this is. As a result, I'm mentioning it here.

I saw that the meneame code files were updated April 18th. At least the karma files are. Maybe one of the coders can take a look at it?
