So people at an events can send fast news and reviews to the main site.

I played around with this idea a while ago and created a simple template to demonstrate a mobile template. The version that I created is out of date now, but you could probably use some of this just for inspiration. I pretty much just stripped down the template to the basics to make the template as efficiient as possible. I then created a subdomain for pligg and putt all of the Pligg files in this subdomain and made it connect to the same MySQL database as the normal Pligg demo site. Finally, you'll want to chance the config.php in the mobile subdomain site so that it uses the mobile template. By doing this you will have a subdomain specifically for mobile devices that connects to the same database as your non-mobile site so you can share news and users and such. I'll look into creating a new mobile template, but not guarantees.

also How can pligg redirect to another plce if detect that you come from a mobile?

when you open google on your phone you get redirect to a google for mobile site.
