YourNews November 2007 New Pligg Template

New template named as YourNews support 3 (three) different style colors.
It are green, red, blue. In addition to template was added central information module.
That module can be used for different purposes and can be turn off if non needed.
Template has new view for Login menu. The main menu created as dropdown menu.
Settings for template stored in template config file and it is managing in admin area.
