3 Column Professional template needed

I am looking for a template designer to develop a 3 column Pligg template. 1 column for typical Pligg navigation, 1 column for story / content display and the third column will need to use php includes to non-Pligg scripts that the template must be able to 'wrap around' to maintain site visual continuity as visitors navigate various sections of the site.

In the Pligg navigation, the categories block will need to allow for up to 80 categories, sub categories and sub-subcategories. I believe the best way to handle this would be with a javascript expanding menu... although I'm open to suggestions.

Please post or message me your portfolio or links to samples of designs that are at least similar to my basic 3 column concept along with an estimated time frame and initial cost to complete. I will provide more detailed information through private communication.
