siTechie Pligg Template for v9.7

Hi Guys and Gals,

Well as the saying goes "Another day another dollar" or in my case another free pligg template

siTechie is a clean blue/grey and orange 3 column pligg template ported from the original mrtechie template. The right hand advert column can be changed to Adsense or a banner of your choice from the pligg.tpl, you could even rotate the banners with open-ads or the like.
