Hi my name is Marc. I am a Harvard undergrad who is starting a Pligg based service with a friend. We are looking to hire someone to design (from the ground up) a customized Pligg template that follows a specific theme.

We are willing to pay up to $1,500 USD for something good. (Usually a well done Pligg template will take from 1 to 2 weeks to complete.)

The price is negotiable and so is the work schedule. We just need a dedicated, hard-working graphics designer who is willing to take on this task.

Before even committing to this idea a couple of months ago, we have done in-depth horizontal market investigations & found that the way in which we are tackling this social issue has never been done before on the web. The project involves more that putting up a Pligg clone and adding Google AdSense. In fact, our site will not even have ads. Our business plan is very sophisticated and strives at claiming a small slice of arbitrage opportunity in this sector.

Note: Don’t email me asking to design the project just to find out what our idea is! Even though you’ll know the title of the site & the project goals, without our business plan, what you’ll steal will be another worthless Pligg clone. If you prove to be an awesome graphics front-end person, after creating the template, we will be glad to welcome you to our permanent board.

Again. We are hiring a VERY SKILLED veteran Pligg template designer for up to $1,500 (maybe more for up to 2 weeks worth of work.)

To find someone this skilled you might just want to Google "custom pligg templates" and look around there.
Good luck on your website, I have a few myself (not pligg yet) and it's very fun and rewarding at the same time (well sometimes disappointing but it's all good).

Please put a link up here sometime when it is done, I'd love to see it.

EDIT: Ok I looked out of curiosity, and Google isn't a big help. Try Digital Nature and email them to ask for a custom one, they made a free one for Pligg and it looks great.
