Why do all my templates show as 2 column templates

Hi,

I am having a problem on my website running pligg 9.8.2.

No matter what template i use, it always show 2 columns. I have deleted my cache and templates_c contents, but the problem persists.
I am now using the new Vera template, and it does not render the page correctly on IE 6 + (2 columns make the site extremely wide)
Please help.

The vera Template IS a two column template....so are most of the other templates available here that I've seen. Do you have any specific demonstrations of this problem that we could see?

Hi,

You can see this on my website here:

Khbarkom.com / Les Nouvelles

Using Firefox or opera, the page renders fine, but using IE it just becomes extremely wide and people have to scroll to the right to read the articles.

Thanks a lot for your time

ah yes, I see what you are saying. I don't have an answer to your problem though. It has to be something in the Link_summary but I'm not sure what. Sorry.

replace ... /lib/link_summary.php with the default yget one and that should fix it.

I believe you first installed a 2 column template which asked you to change the /lib/link_summary.php and when you change your theme again that file is never fixed. so you have to replace it again...

NOTE: make sure you change the link_summary.php in the libs folder not the template folder.

(I assume you installed minty template which asks to change this file)

Hope this helps

Great,
This has solved my problem
I now can use the vera template without breaking the way my site looks on IE.

Thanks
