hi,
can anyone point me to a tutorial on how the yget templates were created? specifically im looking for ways the shading changes from lighter to darker and borders, im using gimp, anything would be good.

| like your site, id really just like to be able to learn to do it myself, i think ive found somewhat what im looking for and just goes to show you how little i know, but the gradient tool changes the shades from lighter to darker, you select a gradient then drop your mouse down in your area and then select high to low areas, it'll draw the colors in that direction, easy peasy, now for borders

oh I understand completely, it's much better to have the ability to do it yourself, I'm just not a Gimp user. I'm glad you seem to have found the answer you are looking for if you need any help in the future don't hesitate to ask. |
