Upgraded to mrtechie template (Problems)

Could not open .//libs/lang.conf

I get this message when I upgraded to mrtechie template. Can anyone tell me what to do.

To install the template, I emptied template_c files

I then went to admin and changed from yget to mrtechie...

Now the site is showing this message, Could not open .//libs/lang.conf

Even if I try to go back to yget I get the same error. But within the site I can not find a file with this name, not even within the zip of version 9.9.

Any help would be much appreciated...
