1. Upload the included files to your pligg root folder.
2. Goto you administration section and set the template name to "coolwater".
3. clear your templates_c and /cache folders.

| Problem with Coolwater template
i install http://forums.pligg.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=104 plig 9.9.0 successful. after that i follow the instructions 1. Upload the included files to your pligg root folder. 2.  i meet this problem too,but it's nothing now
i rename all of the .htaccess to htaccess.default in the template folder and subfoler
