Need help with template files

if there a way to change your template within the files.

I changed my template and it now is not working and I want to change the template back to yget but my website will not let me into the template management section. So I was wondering if I can change the template back to default without going online...meaning just within the files.

Please someone help me...the site is....Social WTF / Published News
