Trying to display multiple catagories at once...

This seems to work on other pligg sites... but not on my own? I am running pligg 9.7...

Is there something perhaps I don't know about?
Part of my design/concept relies on the ability to display groups of categories at once. I figured I could just 'hardcode' such things into my sidebar... but its not working!

Anyone have any advice/feedback?

Take a look at the tutorials forum page i believe there is an tutorial for having sub categories
