Need a custom pligg site made

Not Supported I can do this myself but wondering if anyone might want to take up this task 
I already have a design made in PSD by a designer, it's pretty much a straight forward 'product review' type site and I would like someone who can put together a custom pligg site for me.
I would like the following functions:
-ability for members to login and write articles, that can be pligged. same with photos, and media
-ability to have a 'top 10' list that displays at the front for products, people, etc.
-a way to sell advertisement on the site simplified.
-a cool web 2.0 look based on my design
If anyone can do something like this pls drop me a line!
