I'd like either to:

modify one of the upstart blogger templates to work with the current version (& maybe add a couple of small things)....

or have a template done up based on my site's look, or modify an existing one. I don't think I really need anything done from scratch

It's all very minimal & basic, nothing too fancy in the way of graphics or css really.

Anyone do this? Maybe let me know what you'd charge to make the upstart blogger one work properly, and perhaps what you'd charge to modify another template to my specs.
